Good weekend to be a Houstonian

With a Cougars win yesterday due to a monster performance by Case Keenum (44-54 559 yards 5 TD's) and a thrashing of the Buffalo Bills by the Houston Texans today, it feels good to be a fan of Houston athletics. Sure the Texan's are only 5-3, but have they ever been better? The answer is no. Since the beginning of the franchise the Texan's have had miserable season after miserable season after miserable season. Now I am not saying that this year the Texan's will storm into the playoffs and win the Super Bowl, but I am saying that the Texan's are, if nothing else, good, a team to be proud of.
